Superior ski access, stunning outdoor pool, live evening entertainment
Housekeeping process seems like an afterthought!!! The check-in experience lacks efficiency, and the confusing billing structure could use significant refinement!!! A self-parking option would enhance convenience for guests!!!

The staff were really friendly , especially the valet service who always greeted us with a smile and helpful tips on where to go. My kids loved the saltwater lap pool and hot tubs. they couldn’t get enough of it.
It wasn't inexpensive , but still bearable.

Awesome views and super helpful staff!
Just spent 3 nights with my partner and wow, the views were seriously stunning! We were right by the creek, making it super easy to hop on the trails. Shoutout to Sally, she was amazing with our wedding arrangements, super sweet and always available to help. The breakfast could've had more variety tho.

Staying at The Westin in Avon was a delightful experience, especially in the spacious one-bedroom residential suite. The breathtaking 360-degree views captivated my artistic soul, while the welcoming ambiance brought serenity amidst nature. However, the dining options felt a bit overpriced for the quality. Overall, a memorable retreat!

The Westin was a fantastic experience during my recent work trip. I appreciated the seamless arrangements made through the concierge service, which coordinated my airport transfers and provided information on local amenities. The one-bedroom unit was well-equipped with a full kitchen, a spacious bathroom for my mobility needs, and a comfortable living area featuring two couches and a fireplace. The entertainment options, including the ability to stream Netflix, enhanced my stay. The complimentary recovery tools, like a shower chair and elevated toilet seat, were pivotal during my recovery.
The new movie app could use improvements for better user experience.

Had a great time! The atmosphere was lively yet relaxing, with cozy fireplaces enhancing the ambiance. The heated outdoor pool was a blast, especially after a long day outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

A stunning location with magnificent views and a top-notch exercise facility. The charming infinity hot tubs overlooking the mountains created a perfect end to the day. However, the dining prices could be adjusted for better value, and the room check-in process wasn’t as smooth as expected. Adding a more straightforward parking option would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Couples Love it for Comfort
The amenities were impressive! the view from our room was breathtaking, I mean, it was like a movie scene just outside the window. We felt really at home, especially with the cozy fireplace setup, really made the difference after a long day outdoors. The staff was on point, especially this one guy who was super helpful in showing us around and giving great tips on where to eat.
It wasn't cheap, but I guess you pay for the experience.
